DO YOU OFFER THE SALE OF ALCOHOL?
As it is, WWWT is setup to purchase the alcohol for your party. We provide the keg, bottles, and liquors purchased in advance by event host based on package selected. Our Barkeepers are legally licensed with the City of Kansas City and the Great State of Missouri.
DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE AND WHAT KIND OF PERMITS ARE REQUIRED?
We carry General LIABILITY Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. It is your responsibility to complete a WWWT form (provided) authorizing us to perform these services on your property or at your event. It is WWWT's responsibility obtain and display the proper licenses and permits for the event from both the City off Kansas City and the State of Missouri.
CAN YOU SERVICE A NON-ALCOHOLIC EVENT?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced-teas and more.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
The Whiskey & Wine Wandering Tavern is based in Kansas City, MO. Due to City and State regulations we are only allowed to service the Kansas City area, this also includes North Kansas City.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR TRAILER AND WHAT AREA DO YOU NEED TO PARK?
Ambrosia, our original tavern is 14.5 ft long un-extended (including hitch) & 20 ft long extended (including hitch) , 6.5 ft wide and 8 ft in height . As long as she has a flat surface to stand, she will work just fine! She also works well under tents. We'll be glad to work with your tent company to figure out the best placement of the tavern.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN BARTENDER?
Unfortunately, City and State regulations do not allow for non WWWT Barkeepers to utilize the mobile unit.
DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?
A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.
WHAT DOES THE WANDERING TAVERN REQUIRE FOR SET UP?
Our tavern requires flat ground for setup and service, access for set-up and break down, and two standard outlets (we can add a generator to your package if you don't have access to electricity).
